Step 4: The weekly rhythm

One video a week, batched: script Monday, voice + shot list Tuesday, edit Wednesday-Thursday, thumbnail and title variants Friday (ask for 5 title options and pick the clearest promise, not the most hype). Consistency beats brilliance for the first 30 videos — the algorithm and your skills both need reps.

Study your own data monthly: retention graphs tell you exactly where viewers leave. Paste the timestamps into Claude with the script and ask what those moments have in common. That loop is how channels actually grow.
