๐ข 5 Claude skills that replace your ads agency
A good ads agency does five things: audits, strategy, creative, reporting, and scaling decisions. With Claude connected to your account (setup guide here) โ or just fed your exported data โ you can systematize all five as saved, reusable "skills." Here they are as copy-paste prompts.
Skill 1: The account audit
Act as a senior Meta ads auditor. Review my account data [connected via MCP / pasted below]. Check: campaign structure (too fragmented? budgets spread thin?), audience overlap, creative fatigue (frequency above 3?), placement performance, and tracking gaps. Output: a graded scorecard A-F per area, the top 3 fixes ranked by likely impact, and what each fix involves.
Skill 2: The creative brief
Based on my best-performing ads [data], write a creative brief for the next batch: what angle is winning and the evidence, 3 new hook directions that push on it, who the ad is really talking to, and what to explicitly avoid based on the losers. One page, written so a designer or my ad-variation system can act on it directly.
Skill 3: The copy machine
Covered fully in the ad copy guide โ the 6-variation matrix. The agency-replacement version adds one line: "Base the angles on the winning patterns from my actual account data, not generic best practices."
Skill 4: The weekly report
Write my weekly ads report for [me / my business partner]. Compare this week to last: spend, results, cost per result by campaign. Then: WHAT CHANGED (with the specific ads responsible), WHAT'S WORKING (keep funding), WHAT'S DYING (creative fatigue or rising costs), and ONE DECISION I should make this week with the reasoning. One page, plain language.
Skill 5: The scaling decision
Ad [name] has spent $[X] with [results]. My target cost per result is $[Y]. Walk me through the scaling decision like a careful media buyer: is the sample size big enough to trust? What are the risks of raising budget 20% vs. duplicating? What early-warning number tells me it broke? Recommend one move โ but flag your confidence level honestly.
Claude advises; you press the buttons. Keep your MCP connection read-only and make budget changes yourself in Ads Manager. An AI that can spend your money unsupervised is a bad trade for convenience.
Save all five as named prompts (Claude Projects work well for this) and run them on a calendar: audit monthly, brief and report weekly, scaling check twice a week. That cadence IS the agency.
